I have spent the past 30 years working in the fashion industry running GREAT Retail Stores, Districts and Store Operations for some of the most iconic brands in the world. The Gap. Ann Taylor. Bath & Body Works. Victoria’s Secret. Limited Too. Justice.

I have had an amazing career and am grateful to the companies and colleagues who helped me become the person I am today.

As I transition from a Vice President role with a large retail organization to creating my own company, Running Great Stores, I am excited to say that I am living MY PURPOSE.

Through this new challenge, I am committed to helping other retail professionals grow their capability and develop operational excellence.

In the blog, I will be sharing personal stories, leadership principles and best practices with a focus on ACTIONS that you can take.

So whether you are running Stores, Districts, Regions or are supporting stores, there will be something in my blog for you.

Here is what you can expect. Each week, I will post a new blog. My hope is that you will share comments and ask questions. I will create follow up content with your questions and answers that everyone can learn from. If you have specific questions or are stuck in your career, reach out to me. You can expect a personal response within 24 hours.

I am energized at the possibilities, excited to share valuable content and cannot wait to get to know you! I want to hear about your retail experiences, be a resource for you and help you have the successful retail career that you are dreaming of. Your ability to live your dream is closer than you think.

You won’t be disappointed.

All my best, Rachel
